WP Subdomain Login Problem

I installed another subdomain to my account. This is my second subdomain. Both my primary and initial subdomain are functioning without problems. However, my new subdomain is not allowing me to login with my credentials.
The credentials work for both other site logins and I can transition to them seamlessly from my Network Admin page. However, when I the second subdomain from the list in my Network Admin it directs me to login again. It doesn’t recognize my credentials, nor will it allow me to reset my password (which I can do through the Network Admin panel and have tried but it doesn’t work).
I’ve been looking at some forums with similar problems, but none of them have helped. Thanks!
