Problem with checkout – wrong basked id/token

Hello Thimo,
i couldnt find any similar topics in the last 4 sites of the support forum for this plugin, so i hope you (or the community) can help me.
I am using the wp-spreadplugin version 3.8.1 for my shop site http://www.ivxo.de/shop which runs under wordpress 4.1 (the problem occurs under wordpress 4.0 too) and the problem takes place for the last 7 days.
After adding an article to the basked, i can proceed with the checkout as usual. Everything works fine until the step where the purchase should be approved. After clicking “Kaufen” – we are using the wordpress shop with german location settings – nothing happens. Only a blank spreadshirt page appears. Ordering directly in spreadshirt works as designed (as long as i deleted the cookies from the wp-spreadplugin).
In the blank screen only the account question is visible “do you already have an account”. The page titel still shows: Checkout – Spreadshirt.
What i did for error research so far:
Checked the Keys:
API/Secret Key is correct, also the location settings (shop country and source).Switched to iframe modal / iframe page / separate window:
Error still occursI looked at the URLs and found out, that the blank screen comes around with an error code in the URL: &errorCode=87201&result=FAILED_ERROR#/spreadshirt. Unfortunately i cannot find anything helpful in google except the note to reset the api/secret keys. I am waiting for an answer from the Spreadshirt API-Team and will try it after switching the keys.
Regarding to this – in my opinion – not perfect solution i would like to find out why the error happens and how to prevent this in the future. I called spreadshirt and they told me that there werent any changes in the API the last few days.
I am not sure if this is a problem with the shop itself (problem with the api/secret keys, ..) or if its a problem with the plugin.
Maybe you have already heard about similar problems and have a solution?
If you need any additional informations, let me know and i will try to send them in this topic.
