Problem with checkout – wrong basked id/token

    Hello Thimo,

    i couldnt find any similar topics in the last 4 sites of the support forum for this plugin, so i hope you (or the community) can help me.

    I am using the wp-spreadplugin version 3.8.1 for my shop site http://www.ivxo.de/shop which runs under wordpress 4.1 (the problem occurs under wordpress 4.0 too) and the problem takes place for the last 7 days.

    After adding an article to the basked, i can proceed with the checkout as usual. Everything works fine until the step where the purchase should be approved. After clicking “Kaufen” – we are using the wordpress shop with german location settings – nothing happens. Only a blank spreadshirt page appears. Ordering directly in spreadshirt works as designed (as long as i deleted the cookies from the wp-spreadplugin).

    In the blank screen only the account question is visible “do you already have an account”. The page titel still shows: Checkout – Spreadshirt.

    What i did for error research so far:

    Checked the Keys:
    API/Secret Key is correct, also the location settings (shop country and source).

    Switched to iframe modal / iframe page / separate window:
    Error still occurs

    I looked at the URLs and found out, that the blank screen comes around with an error code in the URL: &errorCode=87201&result=FAILED_ERROR#/spreadshirt. Unfortunately i cannot find anything helpful in google except the note to reset the api/secret keys. I am waiting for an answer from the Spreadshirt API-Team and will try it after switching the keys.

    Regarding to this – in my opinion – not perfect solution i would like to find out why the error happens and how to prevent this in the future. I called spreadshirt and they told me that there werent any changes in the API the last few days.

    I am not sure if this is a problem with the shop itself (problem with the api/secret keys, ..) or if its a problem with the plugin.

    Maybe you have already heard about similar problems and have a solution?

    If you need any additional informations, let me know and i will try to send them in this topic.

    in order to see what happens, I’d like to see it in action. So if you could provide a link, which may not be added to the menu, I could have a look.

    Hello Thimo,

    you can find the implemented shop under ivxo.de/shop. Dont mind the shop entry in the menu, its a shortlink to the spreadshirt page at the moment and wont forward you to the wp-spreadplugin shop in wordpress 🙂

    Hi Tom,

    this is working for me.

    If I click on “Kasse” I get redirected to spreadshirt’s checkout where my order is listed successfully.

    Hi Thimo,

    Listing of the basket items works fine, the problem occurs when you finally want to finish your payment.

    Step by step reproducing of this error:

    Add an article to the basket and then open the basket-list pop-out by clicking the basket-icon on the right (warenkorb).
    Now click on checkout (zur Kasse). A new window will open with the basket items.
    Now click on “zu Kasse gehen” – now youll be redirected to checkout.spreadshirt.de/.
    After writing your personal data (mail, name, adress, etc), go to “continue with payment” (weiter zur bezahlung).
    Now you habe to enter your payment method. For testing purpose i chose paypal, but the error also occurs with other payment methods.
    Now click on “check your order” (bestellung überprüfen).
    Youll get an overview with your basket items and a buy-button (kaufen) at the bottom.

    And after clicking the buy button youll receive the error. Normally you should be forwarded to paypal, but nothing happens. The page is showing the loading-message and afterwards youll be forwarded to an empty spreadshirt page showing only the following text informatioms: “save your basket” and “do you already have an user profile”.

    And here is also the point where you can find the error code in the URL which i mentioned in my first post.

    Hope you see where the error occurs 🙂

    Hi Tom,

    since you leave your website and the plugin and hit checkout.spreadshirt.de you leave the plugin. Since the ordered articles are listed in the cart and at spreadshirt, the checkout of spreadshirt has some problems. Can you please direct your request to spreadshirt? After they changed the checkout, many users are complaining in their forums about problems they’re facing with the new checkout.
