No export file

    Check your browser settings for your downloads directory, and see if it has been automatically saved there.

    I did check both the download directory (and also searched it) and then also the download list in the browser. Nothing there.
    I have, though, occational problems with the speed on our internet connection – in case that could be a factor in this.
