Show only one category per default?

Hello all,

I am fairly new to Word Press, so this might be a newbie question.

I tag my blog entries with a category, most of them are related to my diet, which in no way is interesting for anyone else but me. This category is also written in swedish, which might confuse my “international community”.

I also got a category “Unix tips”, which is written in english and is covering a serious topic, which is the topic I would like to promote.

Question: How do I configure my installation (or the current skin) to show “Unix tips” per default and none of the other categories? I don’t want them to be invisible either, people might very well click on the categories to have a look on them as well, but I would like to show only the “Unix Tips” per default when somebody clicks on my blog link.
