Modification Mantra Portfolio Metro WordPress theme

Hello everyone,
I run this blog : http://le-blog-du-syage.org/ .
In order to create this blog, I had used the Mantra Portfolio Metro WordPress Theme (http://themeforest.net/item/mantra-portfolio-metro-wordpress-theme/4977770).
In the home page, I want one of the square( bottom right) stay fixed, no matter how I resized my window. Do you think such thing is possible ?
