Can I reset old setting?

I set Add Link to Facebook.
After that I eliminated the WordPress account.

And I log in to WordPress by a different account.
I tried setting of Add Link to Facebook.
Then the following message was indicated.

　Only this user can access the settings: (id=3)

I can do nothing.
Can I reset old setting?
