Limit based on post count?

Hey there!
This looks like a great plugin and seems to be just what I need!

I would like to ask you though, before I install it, if there is an option to set a limit based on the number of posts a user already have published (or sent in for review in my case – I have a front end form and each post is saved as a draft and has to be approved by me).

What I’m looking for is something like this:

If the user have posted 1-5 articles, only let them post 1 every day.
If the user have posted 5-10 articles – let them post 5 every day.
I the user have posted 11 or more articles, let them post how many they want everyday.

This would make it easier to handle spam and decide which users are trusted not to spam the site.

If this is not a feature, consider this a feature request! 🙂
