Big Mess in Upgrading

    I’m having two old version of wordpress installed and running as popular sites which are in 1.5.2 version.
    Now I’m crying for my mistake of not to upgrade them as wordpress upgraded time to time.
    I tried several ways to upgrade, but failed.
    Can anyone help me to upgrade them in wordpress 2 ?
