I use the WooCommerce German Shop Plugin and WooCommerce Deutsch (de_DE) of Deckerweb.de. I deactivate both plugins but I’ve the same problem. The checkout process stops at shipping.

I’ve already received two calls regarding it. I’ve tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, clearing my cache, and reinstalling Word Press but nothing is working.

I was having exactly the same problem with one of my sites.
After troubleshooting I located the problem to the IThemes security plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/ which seems to now be conflicting following the WooCommerce update.
Once you disable the plugin the error disappears.
Hoping for a quick update to the problem since it’s my preferred security plugin.

I didn’t have any such plugin installed. I just decided to take a chance and disable the Jetpack plugin since I don’t know what it does and that seemed to fix it.
I don’t know.
I’m pretty sure this is cache. Can you try if clearing your browser cache and reloading the checkout page fixes the problem?
@thaysenf and @pokehut I’ve tested both your websites and they work fine for me.
@kooji: That’s right. I’ve now deactived the plugin WooCommerce German Shop Plugin and it works but I need the plugin cause of the german legal decision.
It was a mistake in the WooCommerce German Shop Plugin.
