My Site Won't Open

Hey guys, so here’s what happened

I registered a domain name at namecheap called http://www.bepreggy.website/
I linked it to dreamhost with the ns1, ns2….
I made a domain in dreamhost named http://www.bepreggy.website/
I clicked the one click goodies and got dreamhost
It said I just have to wait 10 minutes but it’s been 45 minutes and nothing happened.

I even checked my e-mail and it said
1. Please create an admin user at:

http://www.bepreggy.website/wp-admin/install.php

I clicked there but it won’t open

Did I miss something?
