Remove the script statement

my client’s country blocks google service.
So I cannot use the service from google.I noted that the plugin provide some google services.I found that the plugin always insert some scripts at the end of the <head>
I have already uninstall/deactivated the plugin.But the web page still have the following script.Please tell me any method to remove the scripts!
