i tried with diferent themes and it still wont work..
it was working fine before i updateded wordpress
Try deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that problem. If that doesn’t fix it, leave them off and switch to a default theme to see if it’s theme issue.

Where are you uploading and/or linking the background image? Is it a theme option? I don’t see any background images on the body or anything.
Since you are using a commercial theme, you may have better luck filling out a support ticket on their site http://help.bluchic.com/submit-a-ticket/ – You paid for the support, might as well use it.
yes in both themes that i tried my exisitng one and the beuno themes in the themes options i clicked on background uploaded a picture.. and it uploaded but when i look at the website live nothing there..
you see no background because it wont show up.. i upload the image but doesnt show up on website
this issue seems to be with all themes which leads me to believe its an issue with wordpress which is why im wondering if i can install an earlier version?

yes that is what i put as test.. but i dont see it on my browser??? mmm let me try another browser computer.. why are you the only one who can see it?
Try clearing your browser cache too.

Firefox 33.11 on Mac, but also just tried Safari and Chrome. Did you clear your browser cache?
man im so confused.. i tried two different computers and my ipad… i tried chrome.. safari and ie and yes i did clear my cache and nothing!!!
so when you go to my page you see a blue background? on all pages??

Yeah, I see a blue/green background poster image repeated? Is your connection really slow? Maybe it’s not loading. Did you clear the cache?
