Save Button in Gallery Insert Window does nothing

    When I open the gallery insert window, I can go through the entire process of finding an album and customizing but the Save button, though active, does nothing. The window stays, and nothing is inserted in the post. I have tried to insert a gallery via short codes, and it shows this:

    Default Gallery Type Template
    This is the default gallery type template, located in:
    /home/content/72/8795872/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_gallery_display/templates/index.php.

    If you’re seeing this, it’s because the gallery type you selected has not provided a template of it’s own.

    HELP! I’m a photographer and it’s REALLY important that I be able to post images! Everything is current, and I’m using the Suffusion template. I have deactivated all my plugins and it still doesn’t work.

    @swinginjonny – Although to the best of our knowledge the Suffusion theme will generally not cause issues, have you tried temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme to see if the problem persists?
