WooCommerce Free Shipping Not Automatic?

    I have flat rate shipping and Free Shipping for orders over $75. It appears the customer has to manually select free shipping even if the order exceeds $75, otherwise they are charged flat rate. Any way to make it automatic? I’m not a coder, so need basic instruction if it requires coding changes. thx
