Custom user Roles not selectable as Author

    Hi There,

    we use a custom post type which we assigned to a created user role. Th eidea is, that this user should only see and be aloud to create and publish this post type.

    Unfortunately the user is not selectable as an author if that custom post type was created by an admin as the user is not appearing in the list.

    Any idea?
