I am having the same issue….My Theme Options have dissapeared altogether…(they were there a few days ago).
Is it a theme bug?
Same problem. I just updated both Word Press and ColorWay Theme today. My Theme Options were there this morning; now they are gone. Can’t make any changes to front page without access to the Theme Options.
Hi, has anybody figured out this issue or is anybody else experiencing this with this theme at present??
I’m wondering if I should uninstall the theme and reinstall it? I’m a bit worried that this will undo everything I’ve done so far.

Had the same issue after updating WP and Colorway theme.
It seems the upgrade dropped a needed plugin:
The Plugin “Options Framework” is required to get the Theme Options menu.
You need to download and install “Options Framework” WordPress Plugin to see the Themes Options Panel.

Earlier it was packed in the theme itself.
However, based on WordPress.org Theme reviewers recommendations we have dropped that packaged plugin from the theme.
Now you will see a notification to install the “Options Framework” WordPress plugin in the theme. It needs to be installed separately. Installing the plugin will make the theme options panel reappear in the ColorWay Theme as earlier.
