SQL syntax error

I just posted another topic and I can’t find it, and I apologize if something was wrong with it. I hope this is okay.

I just upgraded to version 2.1.3 and after I ran the upgrade script, I got this error.

Which is basically gibberish to me. I’ve tried to do a search but the results were different. Please help?
