I have a porno post added to my blog and I can’t get rid of it. I have deleted the entire post but when I re did ot the porn post is still there. Any ideas on how to get rid of it please?
I’m also receiving 6 – 10 emails per day asking me to moderate new posts which are all turning out to be porn.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What can we do about it?
I’ve reported every email to the ISP as abuse but it’s very time consuming.

  • Three things: change your WP password, delete any users other than yourself and update to 2.1.3

Are you talking about posts or comments? (Clarity is always appreciated…)

You need to destroy the source. Unless you destroy the very websites that are associated with the comments, the spam idiot will keep coming back.

There is a guy named Google, who is good at finding information on the Internet. Enter keywords like destroy spam websites.

    Good luck

By the way, what I mean by the source is the domain.

They are comments not posts. One of them is about a webmistress and I couldn’t delete it at all so I’ve completely deleted the whole webpress directory and re-installed the newer version.
I’ll try and find the guy suggested.
    Thanks for your help.
