loading animation doesn't clear

The live video at the link below was working fine before upgrading to 1.10.1

Any ideas why the loading animation stays and the control bar never loads?

I had this problem previously, but fixed it by removing a <script> call to an older version of jquery in my header.php file.

Any help would be appreciated.
