Would this plugin be able to do these things?

Hi,

I have a question that I hope you can help point me in the right direction: I’m building a site where a user, once registered on the site, will upload a few 30-second video clips of themselves in response to interview questions that are the form they are filling out. They will have an ID (their username that they registered on the site with) that they can give to their prospective employer, who will then come to the site, enter their ID and be able to pull up the content (videos) they answered on the form. Would this plugin be able to do this? Or, can you point me towards a plugin that would work well for this?
