Audio Upload

Hey.

I have a quick question. I have a website about electronic music and I would like my users to be able to upload their own songs and have them rated and commented by the community.
Is there a plugin that would make this possible? I am aware of the audio players and the rating modules, but what about the uploading of audio files?
