    Sounds like you may have made changes to the checkout forms? Make sure you require the name and email and that they are set to the correct form fields If you have altered them. If you haven’t made changes to the form fields at all then I’d start by going through conflict testing.

    Since you mention it had been working good it’s possible you installed additional plugins that me be causing a conflict.
