background box colour for form

Hi, is there a way to have a blue box behind the contact form so that it pops out on the page as call to action quick contact box?

just under the image on the right im look at doing a request a call back quick contact form.

Also looking at making it 2 columns to help save space and control the button style.

Is that possible with this plugin?
