Uniform search styling

    Hi
    One of the issues with using plugins with WordPress is that each plugin has a different way of styling and functioning of search boxes.

    But I would like the search boxes to be uniform. How can i achieve this?

    Given a choice I would like to use the search box provided by DW Question & Answer plugin that has a simple magnifying glass at the right and a dynamic search functionality as the user is tying in the search box.
