• According to this support article, http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/image-links/ , if I click an image in my library I should be able to see its Attachment Display Settings. But in the updated version of WordPress, when you click the image you only get the Attachment Details, not the Display Settings.

    Any suggestions on how to reach the display settings? I’m trying to link a pdf to an image that is already on my site. Thank you.

    i would manually do this instead and link the image to a pdf in the html code on the post or page so that when the image is clicked it will open the pdf.

    is that what you are trying to do?

    here a sample of the format of the html the code that i would use.

    <img src=”http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/myimage-300×213.png” alt=”sculpture front of the library” width=”300″ height=”213″ class=”alignleft size-medium wp-image-3969″ />
