Smilies

Hello,
I saw lots of smiley posts this morning, some with no solution. Mine are in the correct directory in WordPress at host, also uploaded from the correct folder on the puter.

If I go to a post and hit reply and insert a smiley they work just fine, yet have all available smilies show red x…strange.. how come they don’t show as they should?
