WordPress Tag Template

I am trying to edit how the page looks that the tags go to. They are usually at the bottom of blog posts related to what the post is.

I tried editing the archive.php and index.php and it didn’t change the page. Also tag-slug.php, tag-id.php, tag.php don’t exist on my server. Any help would be appresheated!
