comment popup working WITHOUT style!

Hi,

i know this has been asked a million times BUT i had to actually write down <?php comment_popup_script() ?> in my header.php file.
When it does pop up, i get a very ugly page that obviously doesn’t link to the style sheet.
I’m using the sapphire theme from http://www.themeporter.org, any help?
