• Hi, i’ve purchased about month ago iThems Security Pro.

    Now, i’ve about 5 wordpress website, and all different. So, I’ve setup one wordpress to http://www.abc.com and setup iThemes Security Pro. I’ve make all options and its ok. I’ve backup all options also.

    Now, i’ve setup another domain, and make all the way, setup iThemes Security, when i try to upload setting backup from http://www.abc.com (its zip file and name is “itsec_options.zip”) show error, error say “

    The settings import file does not appear to be valid. Please try again and contact support if the problem persists.”

    Setting backup from http://www.abc.com

    I want to restore to Setting backup to my another website, http://www.abcd.com

    Where is the problem?

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. They’re really good that way. 😉

    I have the same problem, 120 websites I need to roll the setting out, don’t wanna do it one by one.

    The following error files have appeared on mt site after trying to upload a html file incorrectly for Google Adsense. Please tell me how I can delete these from my wordpress dashboard. This all happened just after downloadibg iTheme Secutity and activating it. Files are below:
