Hello, yes I can confirm that uploads work on iPhone, please see the following video:

    http://bluefeed.net/usp-image-upload.zip

One thing to check is the file permissions on WP’s /uploads/ directory. Also advise to read thru the FAQs in the readme.txt file.

    Hi,

Yes I have and couldn’t find anything of any use.

They do not work on our site. The site is: http://fashionroad.co.uk. You can upload images perfectly from a desktop device but not a mobile.

Hmm.. it must be something that is interfering, as you can see in the video image uploads work great via iPhone. I recommend maybe troubleshooting by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to the default theme, that may reveal some clues.

I’ve tried that as I said in my previous post.

On our site each post uploaded to the site gets “ooo” added to the content however we only allow a post title and featured image to be set. Could that be connected?

Possibly, I recommend troubleshooting further to investigate the issue. If you discover any error messages please let me know and I will look into it asap. Thank you.

I’m not sure why you marked this as resolved as it is not.

Can you not take a look yourself as you created this plugin and know how it works best?

Yes absolutely, will look into this and re-test mobile uploads in the next update. Thank you for your feedback.

I mean can you take look at my website for me please as the problem is there with mine?

Also can you take the resolved marker off this thread as it hasn’t been resolved.

Yes will check it out and see if anything looks weird or whatever.

Did you find anything weird or will you need login details?

    (@specialk)

Yes actually that might be a good idea, but rather than post any sensitive/login info here, please contact me direct via my contact form: http://perishablepress.com/contact/

Never mind, I sent you an email but obviously way too busy to take a look at your plugin. I’ve had to use a different plugin instead as you gave the impression you were not willing to help.

I am disappointed with how you handled my issue.

I went out of my way to respond to your support requests within minutes of you leaving them, even created a video to help explain how it works.. I tried to be polite, kind, and helpful. I did everything I could to help you understand that the issue is not with the plugin and that troubleshooting is next logical step. But apparently that still is not enough. Working 80+ hours a week trying to support a family, I do not have time to troubleshoot everyone’s issues personally, but rather try to respond with helpful information and clues to equip people to resolve any issues.

I am sorry that you were not able to determine the source of the conflict in your case, saddened that I could not help further with your issue, and disappointed that after the kindness that I have showed to you, you take the opportunity to trash the plugin and my support efforts with a poor review.
