404

using latest version
I installed this last year and it worked fine, not im having problems, i upload all files from the current download 2.1.zip file to my server in a folder, i config the config.php file
i go to mydomain.com/wp-admin/install.php

i get a 404 because there is no wp-admin folder
there was no folders in any of the downloads either?

hence i cannot install now, please help

EDIT: this can be deleted, it appears winzip hides folders while extracting, used winrar to extract and works fine,
