Too many Agents and Act Code issue

    I just purchased the yearly package for Lively Chat. First, after activating the plugin, it takes everyone that is a member on my website and makes a agent out of them. That is a lot, how can I make it only do a few without having to go into each person and deactivating them?

    Also, when I enter my activation code in any of the boxes, nothing happens. Whether it’s SMS or Survey or multiple agents. Shouldn’t it unlock that feature?
