I need my new created fields to appear under additional notes. I tried to find in your plugin where do you hook new fields to appear, but all my tries were not successful 🙂 Can you advise here?

That’s not available in the Poor Guy. The Poor Guy allows you to manage the billing and shipping sections of the checkout form. If you want additional an additional form section or manipulate the order comments section you have to use the Rich Guy.
