Mailchimp pluggin Multi language

Hi,
I’m using Mailchimp for wordpress plugin. I’d like to translate the text of the form depending on the language selected for my website. (I’m using polylang)

Mailchimp is talking about form variables {language} which could help me but I don’t know how to use it and can’t/don’t know where to look for proper info ! Can someone help/show me?

Here is the code of my current form that I’d like to translate:
