Getting error "The requested URL was rejected."

    I am using MS LiveWriter to post to my standalone blog http://kitchen.galanter.net via xmlrpc. Up to the 4.01 update everything worked fine. Now any attempt to post results in “The response to metaWeblog.newPost method received from the blog server was invalid: Invalid response document was returned from XmlRpc server”.

    I traced the call in Fiddler and the real response from the server is “The requested URL was rejected.”

    Any idea what changed and how to fix it?
