    Goodmorning,
I have a problem after the upgrade of the plugin to the new 5.5.3.1.
My problem is that only in the Event creation page I’m not more able to add image in post through the “Add Media” button.

I read many post on the web and I tried to add the string…

    define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
    before
    require_once(…

but the problem is always present.

    Have anyone the previous version?
Before the upgrade all was OK!

Thanks in advance for the cooperation.
    Regards,
    Davide

  • Hi Davide,

This is likely to be a jQuery conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

Hi caimin_nwl…I tried with the default theme of WordPress and all other plugin disable and all it’s OK.
I’m using the “Sport” theme…do you know a solution for me?
I would like to continue to use my theme…because before the last update of the plugin all was OK.

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Davide.

What version of WordPress are you using?

    Hi caimin_nwl,
I’m using the WordPress version 3.7.5, the Sport Theme version 2.0 and the Events Manager plugin version 5.5.3.1

    Thanks,
    Davide

It would be worth upgrading that version of WordPress, since it’s out-of-date at this stage. That could be where the problem lies.

    Hi caimin_nwl,
I have updated the WordPress version from 3.7.5 to 4.0.1 but the problem is always present!

    Have you another idea?
Is there something that I can install to debug e find where the problem is?

    Thanks,
    Davide

Not that I know of. Can you post a link to the front-end of your site? It might be possible to see something in the source code.
