Selecting Specific Categories

Hi there,

Just wondering if there is a way to select only a few options from taxonomies.

Ex. The shortcode I am using is:
[ajaxFilter post_type="product" taxonomies="product_cat" filter_position="horizontal" filter_type="list"]

However, I have some product categories I do not want included. Is there to use only selected categories?
