Seems like you have a lot of things (like requests) going on there and a relatively large page size. Do you have lots of images, plugins, or scripts running? You should probably deactivate anything you aren’t using, and even uninstall the plugins or scripts you’re not using.
Also, be sure to reduce or compress the file size of your images. If using Photoshop, “Save for Web and Devices…” when you save things. Or, for a good WP plugin to compress things, try WP Smushit.
