Yes the comments are enabled. I even tried disabling all plugins and that didn’t seem to work either. This is really odd.
We shall take a look into this and release an update soon.
I am having the same problem. Comments are enabled bot in WordPress and plugin but when the posts are imported, the plugin is disabling them.
Fixed with the last release, please update your plugin and check again.

Weird, really weird Samuel. Can’t replicate this but I’m working on the next release so will take an even deeper look into this in the next release, what I will suggest for now.
- make sure overall commenting is enabled on your blog
- Disable the plugin
- Uninstall the plugin
- Reinstall the plugin
- Enable commenting
- Check if the issue is solved
Meanwhile, I will take an even deeper look into this but like I said, I can’t replicate this yet. Will let you know if I find any issue again and please let me know how it goes after you’ve done what I suggested above. Meanwhile, Happy holidays and merry christmas !
