    I just published an update that has Co-Authors Plus Compatibility so long as the co-authors assigned are standard WordPress Users (it does not fully support the Guest Authors user type, since they don’t have the additional custom fields that Sexy Author Bio adds for standard WordPress users).

    Will that meet your needs Getoar?

    Thank you, Andy. You deserve all five stars now. I hope the authors of Co-Authors Plus now get to work to resolve remaining compatibility issues. It’s definitely an issue with their plugin. Personally, I’d like to see Co-Authors Plus (and maybe Sexy Author Bio, too) become part of the WordPress core. Best wishes to you!
