Malware search / Online file comparison – Feature request

A site was hacked and the hacker manage to upload a php file in the wp-admin dir.

I used the malware search but that did not find anything. So what I’m proposing is feature that compare all the files in the wordpress installation with a brand new installation. If a difference in any directories/files was found a message is sent.
