Doesn't play on mobile devices

Hi,

The plugin works great on desktop, but we cannot get it to play on mobile. We can see the play button, but nothing happens when you click on it.

We tried it on iOS and Android but couldn’t get it to work.

Autoplay is OFF so can’t work out why it is not working.
