    Would it be possible to create a ratings website using wordpress? Which updates the highest rated products into a list and could have highest rated items for certain categories?

    It sure is possible, and I don’t think that it would be too hard. There’s probably plugins around that will do something like that, but you’ll need to do your own research to see what will work in with any other plugins that you’re using now.
