Tranfering Ads when changing theme

Hello

I am working on a site currently and updating the theme of it.

(I would link the current site but as i am working on it you wont see the adds regardless)

The original theme was a custom one but i am changing it to Tempera.
the orginal has 2 ads placed in the layout that appeared on all pages.
ad 1) was a top banner ad and is not adchoice (or adsense?) the add’s do change though. … the code for this add is below to help decipher it.
ad 2) is on the right side below the side bar and is a google adchoice ad.

i have never used ads before on wordpress so am not familiar on how i could transfer these from the old site to the new one. (i think google adchoice will be easy enough to figure out, but i am not sure about the first top banner ad)

any help will be appreciated
