• We just recently upgraded WP-Invoice to the latest version as well as WordPress. Now whenever we try to process a transaction we receive the following error:

“The page at http://www.website.com/ says: This transaction cannot be processed”

We initially believed it was because we were using an old transaction key but that did not resolve the issue.

Then we thought it might be the MD5 setting so we used the one from our Authorize.net, this did not resolve the issue either.

We are not sure what else to try, any ideas?

Did you check your Authorize credentials for both General and Invoice specific payment settings?

Meaning every invoice has it is own payment settings that do not change when you change general.

Thank you very much, changing the transaction key and MD5 settings on the individual invoices fixed that issue.

What can we do to make sure all future created invoices do not need to individually edited?

Just make sure settings in general section are correct. All new invoices will use them.
