Unfortunately I am not offering any paid customisation currently as I honestly do not have any spare time with a full time job and trying to maintain this as it is.
However, you could set an animation time of say 0.001 seconds so it would in effect be so quick you wouldn’t see it slide.
I have also added the option to remove the animation from the slider on the development list so look out for any future releases.

Yes, all plugins distributed on WordPress.org are released under the GPL license. You can modify anything.

Andrew is correct, the only reason I wouldn’t suggest it is that it would be overwritten on any future updates, however you are more than welcome to modify it if you please!
