@psychobreak – Were the actual gallery folders and files transferred from your old host? Do you know how this migration was accomplished? Do you have a back of your site prior to moving to this new host?
As it is, we will need at least the above information before we could offer any suggestions as to what you might try to resolve this issue.
Thanks!

@photocrati, Yes all of my ftp files transferred from my old host. I think there was a backup.tar file which contains all files and folders and for posts they’ve used wordpress importer plugin. Everything is same except NextGEN galleries. When I go to nggallery-manage-gallery page nothing is there.
@psychobreak – It almost reads as though the tables for NextGEN Gallery may not have been moved from your old site’s database … have you checked for that possibility?

Which tables, how can I check them?
@psychobreak – I would start by checking your old database against you new database. You should see three tables NextGEN Gallery currently uses (*_ngg_*) and then there are the entries that are written to wp_options, wp_postmeta, and wp_usermeta which I suspect should have been transferred all the same.

man, you give so good support.
This is really not photocratis fault…
@oddm – Thank you very much for your support!

I imported my old galleries however couldn’t find their metas in .sql file Is there a way to import Alt & Title Text / Description for images?
I appreciate your help photocrati.
@psychobreak – The image meta data is imported with the image when you upload it to NextGEN Gallery … if it is missing in your database import then you may need to go back to the original site and review the export database process you are using.
Thanks!
