Conflict with BackWpUp

I looked into this and was able to delete the role, but actually discovered another problem. When third party plugins like BackWpUp add a custom role to users supplementally and store that setting to the database, subsequent deletion of the role caused CME to demote the user to Subscriber. This could occur even with Administrators.

Capability Manager Enhanced 1.5.3 fixes this behavior so that users are only demoted if their only role is deleted.
