RSS Feed Error: Encoding error

Hello!

I keep getting the stated error when checking my website feed: http://admiral.gotoip4.com

I’ve run a feed validator which shows the following couple errors:

'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xc2 in position 44975: invalid continuation byte (maybe a high-bit character?)

line 372, column 0: XML parsing error: <unknown>:373:0: not well-formed (invalid token)

I can’t come with anything regarding the second one, with the first I’ve been looking in my pages for that character (�) but is not there, in fact even if I change back to the default theme or deactivate all the plugins the character is still showing up, and subsequently the feed error. You can spot it after selecting over in the bottom left corner after the footer in any page except the homepage, you can’t spot it at first since has the same color than the background.
