Cannot Find Site

Hello,

I bought my domain and host through namecheap and i am using Cpanel. I followed all the step. created my database and user and password- downloaded wordpress file 4.0.1- edited the wp-config.sample.php file and saved it as wp.config.php in the wp.config.php i placed my user and database name and the password. i also changed the security keys. i saved the config file and then i used filezilla to transfer files to my public.html folder. when i search my website i get the namecheap saying im making changes. I also changed my name servers to the ones namecheap sent to me in the email. i am new to this please i need help!!!!
